Overview

Solodev reports allows administrators to monitor usage within the CMS system. With the dynamic search feature administrators can filter reports by dates, actions, IPs and users. Administrators can also view the results of some of the actions executed by their users. This article shows the administrator how to manage reports.

Managing Reports

Step 1 – Filtering reports via search

  • From the Solodev CMS dashboard click Settings under the Admin section.
  • Click Reports in the Settings dashboard.
  • Type the query in the search box located in the upper right-hand corner of the reports page.

Note: The search box associated with the various settings categories leverages dynamic search. The results are produced as the administrator enters the query.

Step 2 – Viewing actions executed by Users

  • From the Solodev CMS dashboard click Settings under the Admin section.
  • Click Reports in the Settings dashboard.
  • Find a report that has the View column populated.
  • Click the report.
  • The administrator is taken to the object where the user’s action occurred.
